In the first pic DJ is in the beginning of his pro career and the second pic is 1-2 years old. God damn he got massive. Of course he's big in the first pic but that second shot is unreal. That shoulder line is insane (chest, delts, arms, traps...).

Too bad he only managed to nail it couple of times at the "O".

Yes too bad he couldn't nail it again. He looks enormous in that second pic, i think he is bigger than Ruhl, and without his blockyness a great bodybuilder.

That second pic is from his offseason build up to the Mr. O in 2006 I believe, he looked incredible for months leading up to that show and then missed timed it going in like he always seems to. He should just have gone into that show the way he looks in that pic. He is one of the best offseason bodybuilders ever.

that upper body "shelf" is just outstanding. idk what you guys are talking about, a guy who places top 6 in the 05' olympia (i believe he was 5th or 6th) is a top level pro. hasn't he won some pro shows as well?

He looks unreal offseason for sure but fails to nail condition for shows...hes known for that. Dont get me wrong hes a great bodybuilder but never comes in his true potential. Hes only won 1 pro show and that was the hungarian grand prix.

Hey guys,

just a quick update to let everyone know whats been going on.
Yes I finally moved here to the US, I choosed Phoenix AZ because I try not to deal with to much cold weather, snow or anythng like that.
After a long layoff from training (6 month) I'm back in the gym since December doing what I do best. The only different this time is that I refuse to let my bodyweight go higher than 270 which is light for an offseason DJ.
My plan is to do shows like the Houston Pro, ProBB weekly, Atlantic City and of course the Olympia this year. And all that somewhere around 240 lbs instead of 260lbs.

I will start posting pics for you all to see how I'm doing at a lighter bodyweight soon so don't forget to check back here on Flexonline.com!!!!!
