phil looks bigger and fuller than dex, but they compete around the same weight and phil is nearly 3 inches taller

It seems like the discussions with Bob has pulled him back on track, I mean in moving from "too big a package" into prioring his condition, which has been one of his weak spots erlier. He looks to be in the best shape for many years, so hope he'll achieve his goal within top 6. Also shows a lot of personality in the vid. .
