Looks pretty good.Hams and triceps looks improved.Chest looks flat thought.I would say his about 280lbs in that pic.Unless someone can confirm that his 300lbs

i saw this picture on bodybuilding.com, and the es77 media guy said he took the picture and said he was around 300lbs.
