I really dont think Wolf realises how lazy he really is. He probably thinks he has a physique like that from hard work when its really from great genes and mediocre training. If he trained half as hard as Ronnie he could be Mr.O ... Its not a matter of insertion, its just that he has really weak lats... tremendous teres major but his lats are so flat laying on top of all the muscle under them. Thicker lats coupled with consistent conditioning and he can win any big show IMO.
