It would be great to see Wolf back on stage regardless of what show & the outcome. He came close a few times and always has that deserved Arnold win to be proud of.

Recovery update;


I am 3 weeks and 2 days post biceps tendon and shoulder surgery.
Recovery is going well. With physical therapy and daily exercises (passive arm movements) i am already able to stretch my arm without any pain or discomfort. Looking forward to start active exercises in a few days, meaning raising my arm by myself and working with rubber bands to activate the muscles. In about 5 weeks it’s safe to start using small weights and i honestly can’t wait for it?

Wolf was a great competitor. Never won the Olympia but was up there in the mix and has that Arnold win to his name, as well.
