First week squat training for RUM, 8 weeks out. "I worked up for 825lbs x 6. First time squatting in wraps in a month, felt a little awkward. After that I put on knee sleeves and front squatted 675lbs x 5, it felt strong and smooth. In two weeks I will start heavy triples. "
