Halfway through the 2010 Arnold Strongman, 2009 winner Derek Poundstone was interviewed by Dr, Donald DeFabio on his insights to training and the sport. Derek went on to win the 2010 title and brought the house down when he proposed to his girlfriend while on stage after winning! A real guy in a real sport.
