prepare his meal, car detailing, etc...

1st annual DJC, you will see, Darrem Charles,
Branch Warren, Marcus Haley and himself for
guest posing. At his all star seminar you'll see
Flex Wheeler, Chris Cormier, Stan McCrary,

workouts here. Shot in three days to complete.

Is packaging 2000 with 2007 an effort to show his critiques that he really really makes improvements?

6 and a half hours of Dexter?...Hmm I like the dude, but I think its fair to say even the most hardcore of fans would be bored pretty quick watching that.

looks pretty cool. but it would be torture to wacht the whole video in one sitting, 6 and 1/2 hour is a long time. but it's probably got a bunch of good stuff, and dexter is an awsome bodybuilder so it's probably a good dvd.
another thing is that the covers on the bodybuilding dvd's never seem to get any better. they all look kinda cheap.

I am defiantly getting this one. I think Dex is pretty entertaining and well spoken and I enjoy all his segments from the BFTO series.
