kai could use some more traps, other than that he improved his front double bi and front latspread alot from the asc

if Kai was 1% better he would beat Dex IMO, but he came in too soft (for his standard) so Dex wins..

That is true. If both of these guys were at their best this year, it would have been a battle for second, maybe even first.

I think it depends on how you judge the physique.

Dex has a better aesthetic to his physique. He is also carrying about as much size as he can on his body without getting completely out of proportion.

The same cannot be said of Kai. But Kai has been known to come in ripped by comparison and is a fair bit bigger than Dex. So if you go completely on size Kai wins. If you go on conditioning then they can be comparable but Kai is more likely to win. Go on aesthetics or a complete package and Dex wins.
