He arguably has the most complete and perennially shredded physique in the sport today, he's clearly added mass throughout his upper and lower body sans his arms, and no one's come close to beating him at the past two shows he's competed in. I'm not sure why this over-emphasis on damning an athlete's weak points instead of celebrating their positives especially when, if I really wanted to, I could pick apart pretty much anyone who competes.Tonka said:no big improvements as usual, no calves.
