So after trying my diet for 4 weeks, im changed things up abit, this is what im doing now.

6:45am wake up
30min Excersize Bike

7:45am Oatmeal + Shake. + 1 Caffeine Pill, 1 L-Arginine Pill
60c/50p/5f

10am Chicken Wrap
200-250g of chicken 50p
14c/3p/2.5f Wrap + Romain Lett

1pm Same As Above

4pm 200g Steak + Veggies

5:30-6:30 Go To The Gym
Take, Superpump + Sizeon

After Gym 60p of whey
- 1tsp Glutamine
- 3tsp Honey
- 1slice of whole wheat bread

9pm "ish" Jump on the bike for another 30-45mins.

Before bed. 10-10:30ish
- 1tbsp peanut butter
- 3tbsp of 1% cottage cheese

If this needs more work, let me know.. MY GOAL IS TO LOSE AS MUCH FAT AS POSSIBLE.. A.S.A.P.

The carbs seem pretty low in the diet. I think you could get away with more for pre workout and post workout and still see the loss you want without feeling so drained. 2 cardio sessions and a weight training session is going to drain your glycogen stores and you need to make sure that you replenish them sufficiently by consuming a little more carbhoydrates. I would also up your cottage cheese at night. 3 tbsp isnt much at all. It should be more like a cup in my opinion. Other than that, the outline looks like your on the right track.

What's your height and weight and how many days do you train a week? + how many calories are you eating at the moment including macro ratio?

6'3" 275, right now, geezzz i havent counted, but i would say around 2000ish.

i train 5-6 days a week.
