Dorian applies the same back workout every time with every bodybuilder he trains...I think I'm seeing this workout routine for the 5th or 6th time ever since Mark Dugdale's "A Week in the Dungeon" DVD....Funny how every time it turns out that, like Dorian says "Weights are heavier in Temple gym"...All those guys seem to be struggling with 70% of the weight they are usually training with in their other videos...
