I've always liked Yates. Although I'm not a big fan of HIT, or at least the HIT he's promoting (because I don't want to kill myself), you can not NOT respect the guy. Unlike many other delusional pro athletes, he's always spoken the truth, even about steroids and the modern bodybuilding.
