Ok I am on week 5 of my cut and I've lost almost 10 lbs. already. I was gonna do a slow 9 week cut naturally without any fat burners or anything and then on the last 9 weeks I would incoorporate a fat burner. I know I want to do an ECA stack since it is proven. I know what the ECA stack is but my question is how do I stack it? Is it a pyramid stack or you just keep the same doses the whole way through. I also need to know if anyone knows the dosages I should start with. I have no idea how to stack this. Thanks guys.

no more than 25 mg of ephedrine, 200 mg of caffeine and 325 mg of Aspirin is consumed in a single dose. consume 2-3 times a day. when you come off you could experince some withdrawls, just a heads up.

I know ephedrine binds to beta 2 receptors just like clen. So it may need to be cycled two weeks on and two weeks on. Unless you have ketofin to help up regulate beta 2 receptors.

i agree....or u could go 5 days on/2 days off

Ok now we are getting somewhere. So cycle the eph. every 2 weeks but keep the caf. and asprin the whole time?

just be careful with asa 3x's per day because when I did and cut myself on some thing it was hard to stop the bleeding! Yohimbe you can add to jack the combo up. Good luck.

I dont get the role aspirin would play in the ECA stack

U should start of at 25mg of ephedrine and 150mg of caffeine..and build ur way up...especially the caffeine, it may cuz a lot of jitters if u start really strong, also remember to drink a lot fluids( water cuz the caffeine dehydrates u..and dont take the stack after 6pm...wont be able to sleep...im thinking of starting a cycle my self....i would do ephedrine on training days assuming u train 5 times a week and not take it on off days( this only if u train on a consistent basis every week, say every wednesday and saturday of for example)


But i may add some cla pills or L-carnitine...but i still have to do some research about it

start off with 25mg and access your tolerance too it and work your way up. Like others said you cycle two weeks on and one off or so. Or you could just not take it on the weekends. The downside of an eca stack is that it can decrease your pump some during workouts. Whatever you do, dont take your doses together within a 6 hour window because the half life is 6 hours. I did that once mistakenly and was sweatly my ass off and all fidgety.
