Here's some pics of a young Eddie Coan.

In the first pic, I believe he's only 19 years old and squatting 578.
In the second, taken a year later, he's squatting 776 pounds.....

Pic 1) Ed Coan deep in the hole with his record breaking 1,000+ pound squat.

Pic 2) Ed Coan at 21, winning his first nation championship, pulling 793 pounds.

Pic 3) Ed Coan's historic 901 pound deadlift. Ed only weighed 219 pounds! To put this in perspective, Andy Bolton, who pulled 1,000 pounds, weighs over 300 pounds. (According to his website he weighs 360+.....)
