legs day:
1. Leg press
90 Kg x 10
120 Kg x 5
135 Kg x 5
135 Kg x 5
150 Kg x 5 --> SB
2. BB Squats
52 Kg x 10
62 Kg x 10
(good form is coming much more easily now)
3. Lying leg curl
30 Kg x 8
35 Kg x 8
35 Kg x 8
4. Standing calves raises
210 Kg x 10
210 Kg x 10
215 Kg x 10 -->SB (that's whole stack plus one 5Kg plate added )
that's it.
On a side note i weighted 84.5 Kg this morning, good news.
