I have a job at the moment so its evening training for the near near future. I probably could have gone heavier but I didn't want to. I was tired and in pain.

ye those zerchers are killers man! great weight ure moving and with good form. deep and controlled negative.

btw, would u say zerchers are harder or easier than front squats? just wondering since ive never done zerchers. im contemplating giving them a go. they look like fun!

lower back looked fine mid back rounding was more then what i remember you doing, but for a max attempt thats cool, midback rounding is fine anyway isnt it?

P.s im just being a nitpicking prick, Big big pull elfreako well done. 240kg!!!! is brutal. massive congradulations, how much cross over do u think doing the zerchers has helped with this new PR? :O

edit: I even forgot to congradulate u for setting that pr while doing smolov squats. fucking hell!

Cheers Pickle. Yeah the form wasn't perfect but it shouldn't be for a PR, that means you're not trying hard enough.

Also, I only did the initial mesocycle for zerchers, I'm not crazy enough to do the intense cycle. But yes I do believe there was a bit of carry over from the zerchers.

I lifted stuff today...

Squats
10 x 100kg
5 x 120kg
3 x 140kg
3 x 3 x 150kg
Its been over 2 months since I've back squatted and it was hellish! I used a fairly wide grip to go easy on my shoulder, setting up hurt a bit and I couldn't get my lats locked tight but the actual squat was ok.

Superset
A1. Pullups
