uh...i hope that's is some rehab thinggy....however doing that after 110Kg BB press sounds weird lol.

I'll forgive you doing any split you may fancy if and only if you get that 250Kg deadlift, so you better keep pulling ;)

goodluck with dips. They make me shudder and my shoulder is almost 100% again i reintroduced push presses but definitely not keen for the dippage

Chest and delt day is effectively going to be a "bench day", I'm just keeping a whole day for back and doing my tri work then too.

Did some pulling today

Deficit Deadlifts
5 x 100kg
3 x 140kg
1 x 180kg
1 x 200kg
1 x 220kg

Deadlifts
2 x 1 x 240kg

Bent Row
3 x 10 x 100kg
16 x 100kg (w/straps)

Pullups
+40 reps

I'm going to mess around with some heavy single work for a few weeks and see what happens.

Bench Press
5 x 60kg
5 x 85kg
3 x 105kg
2 x 5 x 115kg
1 x 120kg
2 x 1 x 125kg
Some discomfort in the final reps with 115kg and on the last 125kg press but wasn't long lasting. I'll hopefully get 130kg next week...

Close Grip Bench Press
3 x 10 x 80kg

Incline DB Press
4 x 15 x 25kg

DB Lateral Raises
3 x 10 x 15kg

I seem to be able to press again, I like where this is going...
