From Ernie Lilliebridge JR- Me and my brother competed at the APF/AAPF Jose Garcia Holly Jolly Bash held at Division One gym in Sugar Grove IL. I really did not have much time to prep for this meet only a few weeks, I competed last month and from then to now I have not touched anything really heavy in the gym. The most I went up to in both squat and deadlift was 605lbs in training.
