it's all about politics, since URSS splitted and the ex -soviet countries entered the eurovision only east Europe has a chance to win, they all give votes to their neighbours.

For Portugal , we only make boarder with Spain.. so the only 12 points we get... lol..

I wish the ocean could vote..
