Most definitely my favorite pose to hit on stage is the side tricep or side chest. The motion and the set up to hit the pose is like no other. Deep bend, a pull and a confident face is a great feeling!
Favorite to see is definitely a back double bi. Just an explosive pose to the audience and in pictures. Calf spiked and hamstring busting is insane.

Mine has to be most muscular either trap over or hands on side!
