Federer makes a new record in tennis

Roger Federer wins the Wimbledon men’s singles title by defeating Marin Cilic in straight sets of 6-3, 6-1, 6-4. Cilic has an injury in his foot though but that did not lessen the glitter of Federer’s win. Federer now has 19 grand slams for his 8[SUP]th[/SUP] Wimbledon title. He had also erased the record of Arthur Ashe who won the Wimbledon at age 32. Federer is 35, now the oldest winner of the Wimbledon.
