yeah as branch said he just trained back crazy this year, often training 3 hours straight on back day, he did so many rows/pulldowns that he had to do deadlifts on shoulder day...:S

It's actually not that great, the other gym that Branch, JOJ, and Ronnie train at is in the same area called Stroud's and it is really hardcore but much better with better equipment. Just not as big of a shit hole, Stroud's is my old gym.. I miss it
