what do you think of using test e and proviron a my first cycle

proviron I'm not too sure about, but test e is good to go. Go for it and start up a log.

first day: took 250mg test e injection site is sore .
second day :trained my back strength is normal but felt a great pump in my lats.nipples are a lilttle bit puffy.third day took 50mg proviron.

im on my second week now i gained a lil bit size but i feel a loss in power and endurance when im training is this normal?

you may be overtraining. The test really hasn't had its time to completely kick in yet. You should feel some of it working but not fully yet.

third week strength is coming back gained size but i think its water.a lil bit acne on my back and some hair loss.

yeah im genetically prompt to it ive been loosing some hair even before my cycle
