I've had a bad couple of weeks, so I'm trying to my numbers back on track. Once I do, I'll start posting up my sessions again. Don't want everyone here thinking I lift like a girl.

No need to be ashamed of any numbers, as long as they are real. I hate lay-offs and injuries and the like, but we all have them from time to time.Similar threads
