They are all at his peak. I used pics of Flex from the 93 ASC, 93 Mr. O and the 98 Mr. O. Flex's best physique was during 1993 especially at the 93 ASC and 93 Mr. O.

Phil. They both have great lines, but Phil is bigger and sharper. BTW Phil isn't at his peak at all, he has just started his career, he's still improving.

However i reckon Phil has one unfair advantage: he has never been highjacked by a bunch of ninjas.

Flex structure is the best of the best of the best ever, one small step pf Phil's, but in front.

Flex was a litte bit more separated than Pil, but Heath is bigger than 93 Flex (not 99-2000)...

The only thing sure to me is that I can give the win to any of them, they are SUPREME.

Actually, in 99' Flex's conditioning was off and it wasn't his best. 1993 was Flex best year for conditioning by far.

Awesome comparison! I think they both have very similar physiques and this one could really go either way. I think that Phil is just a little sharper and a little more dry. This is why I love Phil because he is bringing back that "Flex like" shape and conditioning. A couple of great physiques and especially similar from the back.

Mr.O 99 dvd (actualy a got them all since 89')and if you look at the prejudging its simply insane to a point a nearely collapse on the stage! Thats how dry he was

I have the 1999 Mr. O DVD also. Most people say 93 because his arms, hams, glutes, calves and back were never that shredded again during his career. He did get bigger in 99' no doubt, but you can clearly see that from the back, head to toe he is drier and more seperated in 93.

Flex lost lot of detail in his shoulders ,glutes and calves..and those calves are not even real in that 98 shot..93 they actually looked pretty good.
