Hi

This is my log, I am 16 years old as of 22 April 2008. I am a natural athlete shall i say. I play cricket at a higher level than most teens and i'm gyming to create the perfect body with regards to definition and size.

I don't use any supplements due to the fact that i stay at a boarding school so the food is always supplied at the same time and it's in good proportions with regard to carbohydrates and proteins aswell as fats.

Here is my first workout after returning from the holidays.

Seated Calf Raise
20 X 25kg
20 X 45kg

Leg Extensions
Each Plate weighs 5kg i think
8 X 2 Plates
8 x 4 Plates
8 x 6 Plates
8 X 8 Plates
20 x 2 Plates

Thigh Extensions(Reverse of Leg Extension)
8 X 2 Plates
8 X 4 Plates
8 x 6 Plates

Leg Press
12 X 50kg
12 X 90kg
12 X 140kg

Squat Sit Machine
12 X 30kg
15 x 30kg

Flat DB Press(Weight per each dumbell)
15 x 17.5kg
12 x 20kg
10 x 25kg

Tricep Dips on the pullup rack
1 x 15 reps
1 x 10 reps

Thats its for today...it was mainly a leg day.
Tomorrow i am going to do my Back.

I'll keep you updated whenever i can.

Welcome to the board, being that disciplined, and strict, with the food will surely help your progressions i'd say, but im the oddball here..

i took a rest today...wasn't feeling to good plus i had tns of homework..i manged to get in a 3km run though..felt really good.:)
