I normally like crashing my garlic with my teeth and feel the bitterness go down my stomach. I love taking garlic when I have a cold, it usually wipes it all away. I cannot wait to take my one capsule of garlic in the morning. If I take it with water, I find that it reacts slowly and takes long to relieve my cold.
