I'm just a little bit about 10 WEEKS OUT from entering my second show!!! I'll be posting weekly pics of my progress, in the meantime I'd like to share some of my OLDER pics of my last contest prep!!!
Well pussybutt , I really hope that ten weeks is long enough for you to come in conditioned. IMO I would say you need more like 14-15 weeks to diet down right and come in shredded from where you are. Keep us updated and let us know what you are doing as far as diet and training are concerned. Looking forward to an awesome transformation!
