The French champion has a record of 9-3 in Glory fights and 72-6-1 with 42 KOs overall while the challenger from Azerbaijan has a record of 5-1 in Glory and an overall scorecard of 51-7 with 21 KOs.

Glory welterweight champion Cedric Dombe successfully defended his title against challenger and #1 contender Alim Nabiyev by a 2nd round TKO. The fight seemed to be pretty even in the first round until the champion showed his domination by relentless kicks and punches. Dombe picked up his 43rd KO for his fight record.
