Glory enfusionlive still using the square ring

Do you watch the Glory kickboxing fights of the Enfusion Live? It is a gala dinner usually held in a big hotel. But unlike other MMA fights using the enclosed octagon, Glory kickboxing still uses the ring similar to the boxing ring. I have been watching the Glory fights and accidents of falling off the ring is a common sight. Just today, one fight ended in a stoppage when one of the fighters couldn’t continue due to the injury inflicted when both fighters had a tight clinched and both fell outside of the ring and onto the floor. I think that boxing ring should be changed to the octagon which is safer for the fighters especially during a tight clinch.
