Just got back.

There was a shitload of people. The majority were older people. Lots of Huckabee supporters I think. There were many Ron Paul people handing out flyers and cards. There were alot of young people with Ron Paul shirts.

The two McCain speakers said we need McCain because he has the best chance of beating the Democrats in the general election, so the Republican Party can get into the White House. The Huckabee speaker was just rambling and somehow got on the topic of health care, and said that since Huckabee lost 150lbs, that he best candidate when it comes to the health care system.

The Ron Paul speakers were pretty good.

It was overall an interesting experience. It just sucks that there are so many old people who are fucking retarded and support McCain.

To be honest, I think Huckabee has a good shot at taking Kansas.

Elections are all about the old people, if you can attract the elderly it's a sure win. I can see the majority voting for McCain because he's old like them, plus they think he's a "nice" man. Then a good chunk would vote for Huckabee because he's "very sweet and funny" or "he's die-hard christian."

None of them vote for Paul, mainly because they don't want change and they don't understand anything to do with foreign policy or anything non-domestic.
