In exactly one week the heart of West African bodybuilding will beat on the beach of Grand Bassam in the suburbs of Abidjan, Ivory Coast.

The WOODY 2009 will be the GREATEST SHOW ever seen in our part of the world, the best bodybuilders of West Africa are announced.
MUSCLE freaks will rule the beach from morning to evening.
