I say yes. Nobody has ever had the combination of size and detail in the biceps, triceps, and forearm.

The best ever in a poll I placed him number 1-2-3-4-5-6 and the rest, Phill heath has the entire word ARMS, the best brachialis in the circuit the brachialis matches the bicep, the triceps are ultra sharp and big, I wrote he can create a book called Triceps training or something like that, and besides he has tiny wrists that give an ultra effect of perfect beauty and symetry, if he can have more peak in his biceps say good bye to Arnold and Ronnie Arms 'cause Phill's the man. The most muscular is a short imitation or Markus Ruhl but with more details mainly his triceps, definetely he is the gift and I can say He will surpass Flex Wheeler EASILY.

I agree with the tie-ins part... I wrote that in some other post as well.... I think his greatest gift is his tie-ins... but PUULLLLEEEEZZZZ people this kid is no where near as gifted as Flex... please don't make me post comparison pics... please there will never be another flex wheeler forget about surpassing flex

Phil's forearms and overall arm detail beat Flex. Plus no synthol

No, he said he thinks Phil's arms will be better in the future, as do I. Hence, he doesn't have the greatest arms yet.
