Hm, yeah. Definitely not him actually. I was assuming the picture just had a bad angle on the quads. The clarity of the sartorius made me think of Wong. But Wong's upper body has a completely different body shape, notably in the chest and lats. Plus this guy has an outtie bellybutton.

He is quite well known. He is from Europe. I think he is pretty much done nowadays. He did his last IFBB show in 2008.
