I've searched from the list of the World Championship shows from different years, and I don't know, I've found this guy who won his class but lost the overall agaisnt Ronnie in 1991. Is it El Shahat Mabrouk?

He also placed second in the middle weight class in 1985, behind Lee Labrada. These two clues lead me to this answer. But for some reason I think it's not him lol.
