Then you proceed to give us the clue that it was made in 2002 (where he did four movies) then you told us it was based on a play which doesn't help either because the only feature film he did based on a play from that year was The Lamarie Project. Start picking movies that you can actually find pictures for or that people can gather more from other than the actor in it.

If you pay attention to detail you'll notice his hand was just coming off making a gun motion, which he did in the play in the movie to represent killing people. Plus, he only wore black in the film.
