Also, 20inch, I peg you as a Faith No More kind of man, so you might like Epic by them. Overall, the song isn't THAT great, but the chorus has a good guitar riff to practise on.
I thought of some more suggestions that you might like:
Angry Again - Megadeth
Beast and the Harlot - Ax7 (Hey, the band may be pretty , but they have killer drums and some decent guitar work in a few songs)
Call To Arms - Manowar (especially the opening riff)
Can't You Hear Me Knocking? - Rolling Stones (Great for an intermediate player to work on transitions. I've seen the sheet music for this song, and it's got a weird timing transition (at least I think it's this Stones song *thinks) to work on)
Change (In The House Of Flies) - Deftones
Cheap Sunglasses - ZZ Top
Heaven's Creepin' In - Supernova Syndicate
Cochise - Audioslave
(if you're into the Stoner Metal sound...)Hurricane - Kyuss
Rapture - Hurt (They're a bit slow, but on an acoustic, this song sounds great)
Shake Tramp - Marianas Trench
Snap Your Fingers, Snap Your Neck - Prong (But the Grinspoon cover might be a better route as the Prong version is harder to come by)
Summertime Blues - Blue Cheer (Considered the original Metal band, and this song showcases some original metal sound)
Track 13 - Dry Kill Logic
Trail of Tears - Testament
Where Is My Mind? - The Pixies
(and if you're into MMA...) Face The Pain - Stemm
If you want any more suggestions, I'd be happy to oblige
