Have you ever added a few lbs to your lifts? Maybe increased your rep numbers too? Be honest, we won't ban you if you lied, Tunen will however. :uhoh2:

Discuss.

If I have, it wasn't on purpose. But I have guessed with reps once or twice.
I also tend to forget to write if I train traps and abs..

Some of my weights might be a kg off in either direction but that's cos all the machines at my gym have all different weight gradients. But I'm as hard as I say I am in all other aspects :p.

No. I`ve actually taken down some of the weight I lift because of poor performance. So in real life I lift more, but with less precision. At least while I was writing in my log.

Nope. For that matter, I almost forgot about my log. I'm planning on starting a new one this summer, after I move.

1. I don't have a log...yet (in here).
2. I wouldn't lie.
3. I rather use plastic weights in the gym (looks tough and you don't have to lie) :keke:

No, I may not mention if I use straps or not when I deadlift, but I will try to start noting that.

I may have been off 1 - 2 reps or 2.5 - 5lbs, but that would be about it. I try and keep an accurate log book in the gym.
