Legally yes. But it really depends on how long you have been training and how educated you are. If you are asking this question then I would say that it is probally not a good idea for you to do a cycle.

1)Hawthorne Berry: Do you take this BEFORE you start Havoc?

2) Taurine:You take this while you are on Havoc?

you start preloading hawthron berry 2 weeks before havoc

and yes you take it when you start, or when you start getting cramps
