Well it usually happens when i drive
at a intersection i'll be waiting in red
don't take me wrong, im not in a hurry and i usually got 4-5mph under speed limit most times and or the exact speed limit
but its just.. i sit in the seat, and my pulse is racing so maddly quick my head is swaying cus of it
and it looks like my left pec is flexing but its my heart
and i start to get somewhat lethargic

and this doesn't stop
till i get home.. after im done driving..

hmm i would have your bp checked again man because you are taking havoc right? you could just be responding to it. high blood pressure with elevated heart rate is a common side effect of steroid use and what your using is essentially a steroid. if it is really bothering you i would just lower your dose of havoc. but i really wouldn't worry too much about it man i had the same thing recently with my clenbuterol use and it's not too big a deal. but be careful man and good luck with your cycle.

oh.... that's odd. hmm well i would still get it checked. i remeber you made a thread a little while ago and your stats didn't indicate any real problems. just keep an eye on it. if your heart rate stats are still the same i wouldn't worry too much.

Do a simple resting heart rate check. Sit down and relax for 5 minutes, find your radial pulse on your wrist, count the amount of times the heart beats in 10 seconds, and then times that number by 6. Get back to us with the results.

Sounds like a panic attack. Do you have anxiety issues?

i have battled with anxiety/panic attacks since ive been about 13 yrs old, so i feel ya on this one.. a lot of it is mental and our way of dealing with life, but in the end it could be a chemical issue.. i hope you get that sorted out, living with anxiety is worse then being dead.

There are a lot of meditation like breathing exercises that will greatly help with your anxiety, but you may want to get on something like xanax.

Meds never really worked for me
i used to be on 300mgs of Effexor XR (anti-dep)
and i would actually break out crying more and more
also was on Zoloft, and Wellbutrin for some years
all the meds just amplified the problem, and big waste of money.

i take xanax... thats not exactly the best advice you want to give someone, its probably the most addictive shit you can ever take..

Besides being addictive
the other medications i used to be on in the past
had long lasting side effects or permanent ones
for instance, i never had these joint problems as i do know before i was on Geodon/abilify (both anti-psychotics)
and ive been off of ALL meds for over 2 years...

I know it is as addictive as anything but I think you can agree that it sure does help with anxiety. I think it is certainly best to resolve the problem without drugs but it is a last resort

after i wasted my time thinking i had a job interview
and finding out positions were full
and the girl i was going to hang with blocked me out of her life
and that im almost out of money
and have nothing to do anymore
i flipped out broke a bunch of shit
went to the gym which sucked
lil kids everywhere, i starting flipping out in the gym
cussing at people outloud i didnt give a fuck
if i got shot or beat up. theres no point in caring.
a good beating would cheer me up.
