Hey everyone, what is your glute workout like? Which exercises, reps and sets etc? And how often do you train glutes? Do you isolate?

I am currently following Stella's Ultimate Glute Guide, switching between smith machine squats and hip thrusts for 4 sets of 10

Also doing 3 sets cable step ups
plate elevated romanian deadlifts (b-stance)
3 sets goblet squats
Bench step ups with kettlebells

I work glutes 2x a week, one glute workout day and one on my leg day (just lying leg curls for 4 sets of 10)

Please share your glute routine and glute building strategies

zup dude! I train glutes about 2–3 times a week, mixing heavy compounds with some isolation work. My go-tos are barbell hip thrusts, RDLs, Bulgarian split squats, and sometimes sumo deadlifts. Then I finish with cable kickbacks or banded glute stuff to really burn them out. Usually 3–4 sets, 8–12 reps depending on the exercise.

I definitely isolate, especially on days I’m not doing a full lower-body workout. Glutes respond well to volume and frequency, so I make sure they get enough love even on rest days with some light band work or walking lunges. Keeps them active since I sit a lot during the day.

I've found that training glutes 2–3 times a week with a mix of compound and isolation exercises yields great results. My routine includes barbell hip thrusts, Romanian deadlifts, and Bulgarian split squats, complemented by cable kickbacks and clamshells. Typically, I perform 3–4 sets of 8–12 reps, adjusting based on the exercise.
