im just about to turn 19, im 6ft 2 and weigh 185lbs. ive been weight working for about a year now, last august i was 196lbs, was forced to take 3 weeks out from training and went up to 208lbs i loaded on fat. in that time i have this fat in my arms also with some horrible stretch marks. so from sept to december i worked hard toning and now in march im stronger than ive ever been and im down to 185lbs. it was really depressing to get on the scales because any weight lose oin my eyes is devastating. ive started back on the heavy weights but the stretch marks on my arms are getting worse and i fear that they may be appearing on my chest. i hear that your body fat percentage needs to be between 8-10% to avoid this, my body fat is about 15-16% (normal) psychologically it crushes me to tone because i love lifting the heavy stuff its my hobby andi crave it. could someone please give me some advice and answer the body fat problem that i have, thanks
