I've always liked Hidetada's shape. Hopefully he can put the recent legal dramas behind him and continue on from the great form he had a couple of years ago.

thanks man! My frame isn't too small but it is rather slender. I'm 6' tall and just a hair shy of 200 pounds. It's just I feel like my muscle bellies unlike the pros and a lot of mesomorphs are kinda thin, not full and big. I'm trying to put on 10-15 pounds of muscle in the next 11 months. I definitely think I can do it.
