He competed at the Atlantic City this year. His overall size seems to be smaller since the 07 Olympia.

I think he looks good sans his back, which is lagging by quite a bit. Is it just me or does his physique resemble a smaller Troy Alves in some poses?

Nice physique and what i hear,hide is a very nice guy ,but he cant compete with the big boys.202 class is perfect for him.

Very difficult for him to gain in simmetry in 4/5 weeks.Maybe he can try to get much more details in back poses.Anyway for IRONMAN he well be top 3 for sure
