just wondering if there will be a webcast.. my buddy Fouad Abiad is doing the show, i just seen him last week and let me tell you.. we used to be real close friends before he was pro and still speak time to time but nothing like usual.. i just say hi when i see him like i did last week.. i truly admire the man for his dedication!!! and yes he is put together very well.. i've actually trained with him and let me tell you.. each time we trained together i recall either passing out or puking.. this man means business.. i just seen him last week.. hes shorter then me.. around 5 foot 10.. around 255 lbs with like 2% bf.. truly impressive.. he will do some damage in this show.. oh and we live in the same city..

^ wow. those stats sound unreal. the only pro i've seen in real life is david henry let alone train with someone like that. i will be watching this show and especially abiad. i hope he does well.
