Need a bit more context, man. Are you on TRT, blasting? Any sleep apnea? What’s your hematocrit actually at and how has it been trending?

There’s no magic pill for hematocrit. You either remove blood or fix whatever’s driving it up in the first place, like dehydration...

High hematocrit is the "silent killer" in this game. When your blood turns into sludge, your heart has to work twice as hard to pump it, and that’s how LVH (Left Ventricular Hypertrophy) starts.

If you need to lower it quickly and safely, here is the protocol:

Hydration is #1: Most "high" readings are actually exacerbated by slight dehydration. Drink at least 4-5 liters of water daily with electrolytes. This expands your plasma volume and thins the blood.
Therapeutic Phlebotomy (Blood Donation): This is the only way to "physically" drop it in 24 hours. Donating one pint can drop your hematocrit by 3 puntos. Just make sure your blood pressure is stable before you go.
Grapefruit / Naringin: There is solid data showing that Naringin (found in grapefruit) can help lower hematocrit over time by inhibiting the uptake of iron.
IP6 (Inositol Hexaphosphate): A great supplement for iron chelation, which helps keep those red blood cell counts from spiraling.

Long term, you need to look at your compounds. If you're running 600mg+ of Boldenone (EQ) or high Test without breaks, this will keep happening.

This is why I always emphasize using high-purity API like Deus Medical or Primus Ray. A lot of the systemic stress and inflammation that drives elevated RBC counts comes from "dirty" oils or excessive solvents in lower-tier gear. When the gear is clean and the carrier oil is high-quality (like MCT or Miglyol 840), your body doesn't stay in a constant state of high-alert inflammation.

Don't ignore the bloodwork, Kai. Thicker blood isn't better for gains, it's just a shorter path to a stroke.

First thing I'd do is make sure you're well hydrated before retesting. Dehydration can make hematocrit look higher than it actually is. If it's still elevated, talk to your doctor about the best approach.
