I’m currently trying to balance work, daily life, and contest prep and it’s starting to feel a bit overwhelming.

So between training, meal prep, and everything else, I feel like I’m running out of time and energy. For those who’ve been through this, how did you manage it all without burning out? Any simple tips would really help.. thanks ya all!

Hey bro, i’ve been there, yeah it really gets overwhelming sometimes. what helped me was keeping things simple.. meal prep in bulk, shorter but focused workouts, and making sleep a priority. You don’t have to be perfect at evrything every day.

Also, it’s ok to cut back on non-important stuff for now. Prep is temporary, even just having one lighter day each week can help you recharge a bit.
