I’ve been wondering about something in my own programming. how heavy should I really go on my compound lifts before switching to more isolation work? I love pushing weight on squats, deadlifts, and presses, but I also know there’s a point where the fatigue starts to catch up, my form gets shaky, and the stimulus isn’t as efficient anymore.

I want to keep building strength, but I also want to make sure I’m shaping my physique the best way possible. Help me pls!!!
