How much do you spend on supplements a month?

I spend around $100 to $300 bucks on supplements monthly due to Shipping, Taxes, Duties and Courier Fees. All my supplements or purchase from Amazon.
It may same high but the prices for supplements in The Bahamas or ridiculously high for example a bottle of Muscletech Gakic (Which I don't use) would cost $148 per bottle, Gold Standard whey protein 5 lbs $135.

Wow this is an outrageous amount to have to pay for supplements...

all I buy these days is energy drinks like Spike or Redline. I haven't spent money on a real supplement for nearly a year, in fact I still have some creatine and beta alanine from a year ago when I was doing my fat bulk, maybe I'll use it again one day.

If I paid for my supplements, it would be around 200 a month. But then again, if I paid for them I probably wouldnt be using half the stuff I do :icon_shrug:
